All products sold by YesRefurb come with a service warranty of 3 to 12 months, depending on the product and brand.

Warranty Covers:

• Internal hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, SSD, processor, ports, etc.)

• Display issues not caused by accidental or physical damage

• Battery & adapter issues (as per condition mentioned at purchase)

• Performance-related hardware problems

• Manufacturing defects in internal components

🔹 Extended warranty (2–3 years) may be available on select models.

❌ What is NOT Covered Under Warranty

Warranty does not cover:

• Burnt or short-circuited components

• Screen cracks or body damage

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling

• Unauthorized repairs or tampering

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

For any damaged, defective, or wrong product claims:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Video must show:

• Sealed package

• Opening process

• Product & accessories condition

❗ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

🔧 Warranty Resolution Options

Depending on inspection results, we may:

• Repair the device

• Replace faulty parts

• Replace the device (subject to availability)

• Offer partial or full refund (if replacement is not possible)

📦 Device must be sent to our service center for inspection.
🚚 Logistics charges may be borne by the customer depending on the issue.

🔄 Replacement Under Warranty

Replacement is provided only if:

• The issue is major and non-repairable

• Same or equivalent model is available

If replacement is not possible:

• A similar device may be offered, or

• Refund will be issued based on usage & inspection

Minimum backup: 90 minutes
Battery health at sale: 80% or above
