Terms of Service for Refurbished Laptop Buyers

Welcome to YesRefurb. By accessing or using our website (www.yesrefurb.com) or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • YesRefurb sells certified refurbished laptops, desktops, and MacBooks.

  • By using our website, you agree to follow our policies including:

    • Privacy Policy

  • YesRefurb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

2. Product Information

  • All devices sold are refurbished, not brand new.

  • Product images are for representation; actual devices may have minor cosmetic differences.

  • Every device undergoes:

    • 40+ quality checks

    • Professional refurbishment

    • Hardware testing

    • OS installation

  • Specifications listed on the product page are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Accepted payment modes include:

    • UPI

    • Debit/Credit Cards

    • Net Banking

    • Wallets

    • COD (if available for your location)

  • Fraudulent transactions may lead to order cancellation.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After placing an order, a confirmation message/email will be sent.

  • Orders may be cancelled if:

    • Product is out of stock

    • Delivery location is non-serviceable

    • Incorrect/incomplete address is provided

  • Customers will be notified in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Pan-India delivery.

  • Typical delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on pin code.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

6. Warranty

  • All devices come with 3–12 months warranty based on the product.

  • Warranty applies only to internal hardware faults.

  • Physical, accidental, and liquid damage are not covered.

7. Return & Refund Policy

You may apply for a return if:

  • The device is defective, damaged, or not working on arrival

  • Wrong product is delivered

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Device is unused and returned with original invoice & packaging

Refunds are processed only after inspection by our technical team.
A restocking fee may apply as per policy.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse website content

  • Perform fraudulent transactions

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to breach website security

Any misuse may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

YesRefurb is not liable for:

  • Loss caused due to misuse of the device

  • Data loss from customer storage

  • Damage after delivery

  • Courier-related delays

Customers are advised to backup data before sending devices for service or return.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, brand names (including Dell, HP, Lenovo, ThinkPad, MacBook, etc.) belong to their respective owners.

  • YesRefurb uses them solely for identification and reference under fair-use guidelines.
